I mentioned this to the concierge, Sam, on site in Prospect Place Cardiff, he took my details and offered to check the building for me. He managed to find my parcel and delivered it back to me, hes always a pleasure to speak to & does a great job here as its not the first time I've had a problem and needed to speak to him.
