Since taking over as the Ringley Manager at Prospect Place, Kathryn has made a huge positive impact. Having sought Kathryn’s help on number of matters that we were unfortunately facing, Kathryn has gone above and beyond in assisting us, even coming to speak to us face-to-face and making sure she took the time to to keep us updated on the progress. Kathryn responds to emails immediately and is extremely empathic and attentive. She has a plethora of knowledge based experience and compassion, which in that role is a rarity and so nice to finally have. The impact that Kathryn has had already is evident and we can see changes and improvements in abundance across Prospect Place - and may it long continue. Kathryn is refreshing and pragmatic, and having resided here since 2009, Kathryn has finally shown us what has been missing from the incumbent management company at Prospect Place.

we have been living in Oldfield place for 5 years, our lovely cleaner Narcisa is very friendly and working really hard to make sure our building always super clean. Thank you, Narcisa!

Narcisa has been working here since we moved in to Mill pond, she is always extremely thorough and friendly. The communal area including the lifts always are sparkling and smell so nice. Thank you so much for all you do!

I have historically had very Poor service from Ringley. On one occasion I had to make an official complaint over a major issue. Since Disha took over the account it has been like a breath of fresh air. Her response has always been prompt and she has worked hard to resolve all problems immediately. I now enjoy excellent levels of service, long may it continue!
