I mentioned this to the concierge, Sam, on site in Prospect Place Cardiff, he took my details and offered to check the building for me. He managed to find my parcel and delivered it back to me, hes always a pleasure to speak to & does a great job here as its not the first time I've had a problem and needed to speak to him. Always friendly as well, asset to the company! Thanks!"

Both Liam and Dan have been incredibly helpful with any request, small or large, they are always there to support! Dan in particular was able to help me with a personal request and carried out the works in the communal areas to an impeccably high standard, for which I am immensely thankful for. Likewise, Liam is a great relationship manager and is always there whenever any resident needs him, regardless of the time of day. A huge thank you to both for their hard work on keeping Langley Square a wonderful place to live. They are a credit to Ringley and the residents on the square!!"
