We would just like to thank Kathryn at Ringly at Ferry Court Cardiff for all her help an assistance. We have a problem with this paying in advance system which was initiated with Warwick Estates. It is so nice to be able to speak to somebody who actually knows what is going on.

Adele is very professional to deal with, and pushes things along, always following up with updates, timelines etc. Absolutely brilliant experience - she is very helpful and I have found her very knowledgeable too . I would like to thank staff in the venue especially concierge members particularly Ms. Karen Pendleton. Because of her kind and supportive attitude I could manage many things like reading meter, receiving parcels and booking hub. She can manage all those things really smoothly and quickly too. I could feel so safe and it is really good to have someone reliable at the front of the venue.

My review is for Disha, who is the Relationship Manager for Cedar Court in Malmesbury. We all had a very challenging relationship with our previous management company who we felt was in a permanent battle against us. Disha has always been a huge help to the residents, calmly explaining some of the more complicated issues around our service charges. Nothing is too much trouble She is courteous and knowledgeable and it makes all the difference knowing we have someone on our side.
