I know they get a lot of aggravation from residents that expect everything to run seamlessly when juggling the accounts and happenings on such large sites - but I think they do a great job and so wanted to post a review (wouldn't usually). A special shout out to Monica Daniel who manages the site and as we see it, goes above and beyond compared to our experiences with other management companies. A B - Estates - 03/02/2023 - Dartford "I own a property at Langley Square on a Ringley managed development and have unfortunately had lots of problems with my developer but Liam Washington at Ringley as the Estate Manager has been really supportive and I’ve definitely seen the service improve 10 fold since he started. I don’t have too much I can feedback on Ringley specifically, but they seem to have a zero policy tolerance on any leasehold compliance failures of residents/renters which as an owner I really appreciate."
