She provides a consistently caring approach ensuring the resident's needs are met, costs are kept low and thinking creatively about any change that's needed to the properties no matter how small. She is clear in her communication, explains complexities very well and helps us navigate legislation and contractual issues with a breeze. I only hope my review doesn't take her away from us!"

I contacted Islington Recycling Services several times and finally they told me that they had lost access to the property (the other Islington disposal services managed very well during that period!). I told them to contact our Relationship Manager, but wasn't sure how long it would take them to contact her and get another fob. As soon as our Relationship Manager knew about the situation, she immediately took the initiative and hand-delivered a fob to them! Much appreciated action from her"
