From what I've seen so far Ringley do a fantastic job managing Prospect Place, the development is in great hands with the team and is well looked after. I've spoken to a few of the team on a number of occasions, namely Maintenance and Diane and Concierge and really appreciate how super helpful, approachable, reliable and friendly they are with any queries or requests I've had, creating a great atmosphere for visitors and residents alike. Ringley clearly takes pride in the developments they manage and the PP team reflect this ethos, resulting in a lovely place to live, work or visit.

The housekeeper has done a great job at cleaning the Orton House at Wimbledon Stadia. The carpet floors are extremely hard to clean due to dog hair and dirt, he meticulously cleaned the whole 7 floors with care and attention to details. I would highly recommend!

Since exercising our Right to Manage and appointing The Ringley Group, have seen vast improvements in terms of communication, transparency and a real effort to provide value for money. I'd also like to give a shoutout to the cleaner(s) on our building - Bushane Court. Very diligent and feels so much cleaner!

Recently a new entrance door to a hallway that gives access to our flat was fitted. Unfortunately an issue arose with the new keys. I contacted our property manager who is our senior relationship manager & it was clear to us that she was on the case & had a wealth of knowledge regarding block management. We discussed a few items such as the remote unlocking from our flat not yet working etc. It’s clear to us that our property manager is a hands on person that leaves no stone unturned. Professionalism at this level is not easy to find these days.
