She is another friendly and hard working personality who I see around all the time. I hate to step on her freshly mopped floors which she never minds. However, I am very impressed with her professional work attitude. She never gives up mopping the entrance hallway several times a day to make sure it looks clean and tidy. She is really doing an outstanding job compared to previous cleaners which I witnessed at least a dozen of them in the last three years."

As a new development, there are of course few challenges and issues to be resolved permanently. However, since Ringley's new relationship manager, Liam Washington came in things started to change. He is a very proactive, hard working, solution focused and friendly person with the community at Langley Square. You could reach him instantly without any waiting time. He is not only responding but also taking actions promptly whatever the task needs to be solved. He is not an 8am to 5pm type of person, you could mostly find him working late and even weekends to get the job done. I hope with his skills, experience and personality we would have a great opportunity to build a better community together here and get those outstanding issues resolved in the near future. David Williams - Estates - 20/01/2023 - Kingston upon Thames "I would like to place on record my sincere thanks & appreciation for the work of Karl Bradley Following the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017 Avante Court was subject to a fire risk examination and failed to achieve an adequate standard of safety for its External Wall System (EWS1). In addition an extensive programme of internal works was proposed following an internal fire risk examination. Karl was the key member of RIngley responsible for coordinating the work of all the interested parties including Persimmon, Minerva (contractor) and, of course, the Leaseholders. Karl succeeded in creating a highly efficient and effective system of information management in which all stakeholders were regularly informed of developments, decisions, responsibilities and issues culminating in the successful completion of the internal works. Karl posts regular newsletters via email informing lease holders of the times and places for new works. Finally, my wife and I are grateful that he has managed to secure funds from Persimmon to cover members contributions to the internal works - so they can be refunded! We wish Karl and his team good luck with the management and completion of the external works."
