Our property manager engages and deals quickly with any issues raised. He immediately became involves & addresses the situation, without chasing. His experience & knowledge is impressive. The Buildings Manager has been in situ for several months at Prospect Place and the atmosphere and service has improved enormously.He is really approachable,helpfull and efficient in his duties.Whenever I have raised an issue it has been dealt with straight away and in a most professional and efficient manner.Callum is a credit to the Company.

Even though it was Sunday and the member of staff was not working, I sent him a text message about the front door of the block I live in, which had been vandalised. I received an immediate reply saying that he appreciated the fact that I'd informed him of the issue. He always goes the extra mile, is helpful, approachable and courteous.

Quick communication, sent plumbers out asap once a leak was confirmed. Plumbers also did clean work and tidied up after themselves - unusual nowadays, so we were pleasantly surprised.

I had problems with my door entry system and it was imperative that I had this functioning due to having a sick relative staying. The team ensured that this was fixed as quickly as possible and offered further assistant if the issue couldn't be fixed. 5 stars While writing this I would also like to mention that the cleaner in my block is amazing and keeps the place spotless. Thanks

We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us. We contacted our Property Manager who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you.
