He checked connections in communal cupboard room then visited us to check. Very slight improvement but much more needed. Just got an email from him and hes organised a professional firm to visit and hopefully correct the problem. Ive known Byron since he started working here and always found him to be a cheerful, hard-working guy. In my experience, he never gives less than 100%."

He came round and found the root of the problem, which was a blocked pipe. He arranged for a contractor to carry out the necessary work and the problem has now been resolved. I was very pleased with Byron's prompt, efficient service."
