Mystery - Estates - 07/06/2023 "I recently was to receive a delivery which showed delivered in the tracking but the picture didn't show outside my door. I mentioned this to the concierge, Sam, on site in Prospect Place Cardiff, he took my details and offered to check the building for me. He managed to find my parcel and delivered it back to me, hes always a pleasure to speak to & does a great job here as its not the first time I've had a problem and needed to speak to him. Always friendly as well, asset to the company! Thanks!"
Subir Misra - Estates - 16/05/2023 "On Sunday 18 December, the weather was atrocious and the rain was exceptionally heavy and the corridor outside my apartment had a very bad leak causing the entire length to be flooded. I would like to say a massive thank you to Byron, Prospect place maintenance Mgr and his team for dealing with this incident professionally and quickly - getting the roof repaired, drying the corridor and my apartment. Byron was on a day off and also not well but still came to the rescue and didn’t leave the apartment till nearly 8pm Amazing service - thank you so much Byron"

Dans knowledge was fantastic. Dan also checked up on me to see I had successfully installed the light fittings.. Overall a really helpful, kind and knowledgeable guy always willing to help others….
