Mark Roberts - Ringley Law - 06/10/2023 "Ringley Law Wales & West are really amazing enlightened beings. Whilst the rest of the legal fraternity appear to be still suffering from Post Covid Malaise, working part time from home, largely uncontactable and disinterested in their profession, Ringley Law Wales & West in contrast are the Special Forces of Leasehold Strategic and Tactical Missions operating behind the lines of wording in the Lease, Statute Law and Case Law. They pull off some surprising operations and I am very grateful for the fiscal blessings achieved due to their in depth knowledge of the Esoterics of their profession."
Toe Groves Grandma Mouse (grandma Mouse) - Estates - 09/09/2023 "I had to visit my tenanted flat recently. As my fob was out of date (and the machine to fix it wasn't operational) the concierge took a great deal of time to help me access the block and was very helpful with on site information that I didn't have, not having lived on site. I also found the NGP Parking very helpful when I needed to ask for permission for a large delivery to be parked directly outside the block. I've heard some people grumble about difficulties, but I have received nothing but fantastic service from Ringley and the parking company they use. I'd also like to give a big shout-out to the waking watch security personnel who sit diligently in our buildings helping to maintain safety during this period. They are always very cheerful and helpful with things I don't yet know about. Thanks to everyone who recently helped me."
Scott Evans - Estates - 07/09/2023 "Their leadership in navigating the crazy world of the cladding crisis has been amazing, they have worked with local and national government, along with national building agencies, to find a clear way forward for those residents put in a difficult position and unable to sell their properties. Since Ringley got involved with this, there was an immediate positive improvement and I am extremely grateful."
Emr - Estates - 03/09/2023 "I'd like to thank the Ringley team and management for engaging with with Bellway in Prospect place in Cardiff Bay to resolve the issues that have hamstrung owners and leaseholders over the last few years. Also my thanks for engaging with local government and Michael Goves office to draw attention to the difficulties mortgage holders are having at this time."
Mark - Estates - 04/09/2023 "I would like to say a big thankyou to you in appreciation of what you have achieved through the work that you have been doing. As a leaseholder I am really pleased that we have achieved a way for properties to be sold after the stalemate and inertia over the last few years. I totally agree that alot of the work that you have been doing is outside of the scope of our contract with Ringley, but even before you had commenced with the contract on 1st June 2021 you had started project managing the situation facing all leaseholders at PP. As a director on the board we were looking for a company to take over the Management of PP who would be capable of managing all of the longer term problems facing the board, and I feel that we made the correct decision in awarding to Ringley and to reduce the onus on a collection of unqualified volunteers all looking at problems through different perspectives, and having different views. I am sure that you will receive similar feedback from others, and I have seen that you have already asked for feedback, which I will complete as well. In addition I do also realise that the work that you have been involved with also relies on the input from all members of your company, and that the positive results achieved are due to all of their hard work, effort and support and should also share in the satisfaction that you have all achieved. I know we have a lot of work still to go to remediate all of the current known defects, but this is a major step forward for many Leaseholders. "
Jonathan - Estates - 04/09/2023 "Fantastic company going above and beyond to help its clients. Keep up the great work all."
Brian R - Estates - 04/09/2023 "Having owned a leasehold apartment at Prospect Place, Cardiff for nearly 10 years and seeing the effort of the 2 previous managing agents, I am delighted by the progress made in very difficult circumstances by Ringley on many fronts."
Brian Robbins - Estates - 01/09/2023 "Having owned a leasehold apartment at Prospect Place, Cardiff for nearly 10 years and seeing the effort of the 2 previous managing agents, I am delighted by the progress made in very difficult circumstances by Ringley on many fronts."
Lyn Burn - Estates - 01/09/2023 "My apartment block, like so many others, has been affected by ACM cladding issues and new regulatory requirements that have resulted in mortgage lenders refusing to provide loans on apartments, and insurers imposing significant premium loads. Although there is still some way to go, Ringley have endeavoured to engage with the developer, the Welsh and UK governments and the lending industry, to seek practical and economical solutions to the current problems. They have also communicated regularly with residents throughout this period, providing clear and concise guidance and updates as often as possible."
Mrs Quinn - Estates - 02/09/2023 "I have found the Ringley Group to be trustworthy and competent in handling the management of the housing community I am part of. They have been proactive in seeking help and support for cladding issues on the estate. Their communication is good I feel, including zoom meetings, regular newsletters and updating emails as news arise. Their website could be easier to read/access and should perhaps be re-developed."
