They were speedy with any enquiries and always communicated very well. I also have had the most pleasure of receiving ,help and advice from our Relationship Manager for a number of years regarding my apartment . He has always been available on the phone every time I’ve needed assistance . He has always been polite and very helpful and always made sure I understood everything no matter how long the phone call was knowing he’s a very busy man. My Relationship Manager was my go to person at Ringley and I am saddened that Ringley Group will cease Managing our Apartments . I hope The next management company are on par with what I have experienced ,they will have very big boots to fill to even come close to the most kind and understanding manager and Company I have ever dealt with ."
