I have received nothing but great service from the estate manager at Prospect Place, Cardiff, had a leak coming into my apartment from the main roof, my sky tv stopped working which was down to a flood in the aerial room, nothing seems to much trouble for him. He’s happy to help and the issues are quickly resolved, I would like to also mention the new intercom system is brilliant and also it’s nice to see some bins now on site.

I walked through the garden earlier and much to my surprise the tables and benches have been treated. They are looking really good. At one time many years ago all the wood on site used to be treated on an annual basis. Maintenance always refused to continue with this duty. I hope this is the start of good things to come, thank you for caring

The cleaning has been vastly improved - she has instigated washing the bin stores regularly, cleaning of the woodwork in the hallways and the vacuuming of the carpets on a more regular schedule. I am impressed with her and the work.

Our new estate managers arrived and made a massive difference, they have taken an interest in talking to us to see what we want for the site. They have not just listened but taken action to give us a nice place to live again within a very short period.

I woke up with a problem with a few mice droppings yesterday morning, when to concierge andthe estate manager contacted me straight away and the problem was sorted with in an hour! With a 7 month this is daunting and I’m so grateful for the help that was given! Also he kept in touch to make sure everything was sorted. Thanks so much and I really appreciate it!

I wish to thank the onsite manager for his recent professionalism in finding the cause of a water leak to my ceiling and fixing it. Although I thought it came from the flat above he sourced it to the extractor vent on the roof. He has since sealed the ducking and also made good in the piping in my ceiling. To me he has been resourceful, quick, efficient and professional.
