I have spoken to Mandy (Concierge office) on 3 occasions recently and each time has been a pleasure. She listens to the problem with empathy and compassion, provides practical solutions and has a great sense of humour all of which is greatly appreciated.

Had occasion to speak to a Concierge on our development after my wife came close to a serious fall due to a resident propping open doors and leaving boxes strewn about the area. The Concierge - Mandy - has only been with our Site for some six weeks but she sought out those responsible and had the area cleared. She also had the resident moving out remove the items dumped in bin store which we leaseholders would have had to pay for removal. Well done, Mandy! First class Service!!
