Being that we didn’t see the flat before we moved in they made sure to promptly answer all questions and give videos and pictures that were identical to the flats state when we arrived. All contact with them has been very welcoming and personable ensuing that we are comfortable in our new flat. The only reason, I did not give five stars was because the online moving platform was a bit confusing to use in the beginning. Other than this, I think that everyone should keep up the good work and know that we are grateful to be renting with you. "
