Started tenancy 2 months ago, the building is great, the apartments look very new, lovely storage and equipment. All the team are absolutely lovely and always available to answer my questions and help me when needed. Every single issue/question I've had was literally addressed within a day of contacting them if not within 5-10 minutes!

Moving was as easy as it could be. We arrived late, but the lettings advisor was still on hand to hand them over. She also organised a second (same day) clean because we weren't satisfied with the clean that had already been done. This was a great help especially with us having a two year old.
