The whole team of concierges in our building is lovely. Big thank you for helping us get back our heating and hot water within 1 day, really pushed our managing agency and got a contractor to fix our boiler asap as it was winter already and we were freezing. They are always so nice to chat to even if just a few minutes on our way in or out - guys, it’s so great to see your friendly faces before or after a hard day at work. Keep doing what you’ve been doing, we are lucky to have you all looking after us.
