Unfortunately for him, there were existing issues that were not dealt with by the previous management company (which Ringley took over in April/May). However, despite being new to Ringley, he has quickly picked up these issues (including some large & complicated ones) & has been fantastic at ensuring things are being chased and also keeping us updated, which is always positive reassurance. I cannot recommend the Relationship Manager enough. He is an asset to Ringley and to us as our Relationship Manager"

When there is a strong wind from the north east, the door blows open and is very difficult to close. After a Very upsetting series of pest infestations (pigeons roosting on a ledge outside my flat and then flying in and defecating everywhere bed, washing on the dryer, chest of drawers etc.), she took it all in hand on my behalf. She liaised with Pest Control and even sent me links of things that might put them off in the interim (it transpires they are territorial so once they claim a ledge, it's theirs forever). On Thursday, Pest Control came to the flat to clean up the ledge and install spikes. Without her I would still be prisoner in my own flat, unable to open the windows for fear of them flying in. Thank you so much for your support, you're BRILLIANT!"
