Davina - Estates - 17/04/2024 - Camden "Thank you to my Relationship Manager at Ringley It must be a thankless task being a Relationship Manager for a Property Management Company in these challenging times and for the most part they probably only ever hear of complaints rather than any positive feedback. I have found her very supportive this week due to water ingress into my apartment. She was on it right away and liaised with contractors, who were fantastic by the way, and neighbouring properties to progress matters. She sounds so friendly and upbeat on the phone and understands the anxiety that comes with such issues and made sure that i was kept updated which was very much appreciated"

Laura Thomas - Estates - 10/04/2024 "I have received nothing but great service from the estate manager at Prospect Place, Cardiff, had a leak coming into my apartment from the main roof, my sky tv stopped working which was down to a flood in the aerial room, nothing seems to much trouble for him. He’s happy to help and the issues are quickly resolved, I would like to also mention the new intercom system is brilliant and also it’s nice to see some bins now on site. "

At one time many years ago all the wood on site used to be treated on an annual basis. Maintenance always refused to continue with this duty.
