After a historic leak issue reappeared (ongoing for over a year), our Estate Manager acted promptly to trace the cause and kept me up to date on its progress. When the property in question became unresponsive, he took over comms to ensure I didn’t have to get involved any further. Thank you

As a recent director of an estate managed by Ringley , I would like to thank them for the service they have provided over the years. Our current estate manager has been outstanding. She is hard-working , responsive and strives to resolve issues promptly. When there has been a dispute she has sought to resolve it professionally and fairly. She is friendly , approachable and a pleasure to work with.

A fantastic organisation in my opinion - our services are well-organised, with regular updates, and they work very hard for the owners. Prospect Place has been transformed for the better since they took over from Warwick Estates.
