He was looking forward to trying on his new uniform and is also very happy to see things are actually being done in the building. (We managed an under-performing porter suffering depression and allergy problems into a new role. This necessitated him giving up his porters flat, finding accommodation elsewhere, reducing the hours in his working week, introducing a uniform to wear, blackberry phone so we could be in better contact and saving £10,000 costs a year.)"
