Having sought Kathryn’s help on number of matters that we were unfortunately facing, Kathryn has gone above and beyond in assisting us, even coming to speak to us face-to-face and making sure she took the time to to keep us updated on the progress. Kathryn responds to emails immediately and is extremely empathic and attentive. She has a plethora of knowledge based experience and compassion, which in that role is a rarity and so nice to finally have. The impact that Kathryn has had already is evident and we can see changes and improvements in abundance across Prospect Place - and may it long continue. Kathryn is refreshing and pragmatic, and having resided here since 2009, Kathryn has finally shown us what has been missing from the incumbent management company at Prospect Place."

Richard Phillips - Estates - 30/01/2023 "I was ready to mark this way down but Ringley really redeemed themselves. Basically I'd changed address and Ringley did not update it and then wanted to charge me for letters that did not get to me. I queried it and they would only refund one of the charges, luckily the person who responds on here was able to sort it out and confirm the charges had been removed and refunded. Was frustrating when no one originally responds and then when you call they have a 'computer says no' attitude but there are the great staff there who will then help you and resolve issues - Special thanks to Natalie. Would also say as well that while Ringley head office can be not great the local staff are fantastic, the ones at the development I live at are so friendly and do a great job."

Jess and Mike came straight over when I contacted on a Friday night following a leak due to a burst pipe. I’m impressed with how organised and professional they were supporting the issue after hours. Jess continued to support the following day sorting out contractors to get the issues sorted on the Saturday and kept me informed constantly Five star service and support"

Unknown - Estates - 11/01/2023 "It is our opinion that the service provided by Mary-Anne Bowring and her team for Ferry Court, Cardiff has been nothing short of exceptional and would recommend them to any group of directors looking for such a service. Particularly around EWS1 certification, Fire risk assessment surveys as well as close out of corrective actions. Our development has a legacy of issues spread over 20 plus years hidden by greed, incompetence and deceit. The team has done its upmost to keep all leaseholders as abreast of the challenges as possible, in constantly changing information. No one is perfect and there will always room for improvements but as an engineer there are very few grasp the issue. So, very pleased to have Ringley as our managers."
