Excellent in supporting in an emergency at an issue in amity court. Jess and Mike came straight over when I contacted on a Friday night following a leak due to a burst pipe. I’m impressed with how organised and professional they were supporting the issue after hours. Jess continued to support the following day sorting out contractors to get the issues sorted on the Saturday and kept me informed constantly Five star service and support

It is our opinion that the service provided by Mary-Anne Bowring and her team for Ferry Court, Cardiff has been nothing short of exceptional and would recommend them to any group of directors looking for such a service. Particularly around EWS1 certification, Fire risk assessment surveys as well as close out of corrective actions. Our development has a legacy of issues spread over 20 plus years hidden by greed, incompetence and deceit. The team has done its upmost to keep all leaseholders as abreast of the challenges as possible, in constantly changing information. No one is perfect and there will always room for improvements but as an engineer there are very few grasp the issue. So, very pleased to have Ringley as our managers.

I personally wanted to write a note to thank Byron for all his hard work and being proactive and responsive when we have asked questions or needed things done. Byron responds very quickly to put our minds at ease and informs us of all repairs that have taken place. Others should take note and lead by example. Truly outstanding. Thank you again Byron

Arrived home yesterday and TV was unwatchable due to pixelation. Contacted Ringley (Byron) and he was on it in a heartbeat! He checked connections in communal cupboard room then visited us to check. Very slight improvement but much more needed. Just got an email from him and hes organised a professional firm to visit and hopefully correct the problem. Ive known Byron since he started working here and always found him to be a cheerful, hard-working guy. In my experience, he never gives less than 100%.

I had a problem with water ingress from my balcony. I contacted Byron, the Facilities Manager. He came round and found the root of the problem, which was a blocked pipe. He arranged for a contractor to carry out the necessary work and the problem has now been resolved. I was very pleased with Byron's prompt, efficient service.
