Despite being just a 3 storey Victorian Terrace and under 18m in heigh the mortgage lender insisted on an EWS1 form. I contacted Jon at Ringley Building Engineering, who was very reassuring, totally professional, responsive and proactive in what was a very stressful situation. He visited the flat and confirmed the cladding was just lead and not applicable for an EWS1. He completed a comprehensive and expert report refuting the requirement for the EWS1, which was accepted by the mortgage lender and resulted in a successful completion. Thank you very much. "

I had an email yesterday to say that the door had been mended. I am very impressed with the improvement in the service since Ringley took over and particularly with the speedy replies to various queries I have had. "
