He was efficient, professional and friendly at all times and I was thoroughly impressed by him! I must say that I don't generally go out of my way to compliment or complain about service but thought I would make an exception for Gary - it is so refreshing to come across someone who is passionate about customer service and willing to go the extra mile to help.
