Will the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2022 cost tenants money or result in higher rents?
Whilst pundits say that The Renting Homes Act will cost nothing and will not raise rents - if it causes landlords to leave the rental sector then increasing the existing shortage of supply will undoubtedly increase rents.
