The market is expected to grow steadily from now to 2025, a leading consultants forecast suggests that from the period of 2023 – 2025 Manchester and Birmingham are set to grow between 19.3-21.6%, Glasgow, Leeds, Edinburgh and Bristol are due to grow between 15.3 -18.2%.
