Ringley Group has appointed Clive Greenwood as head of asset management, a newly created role in the business.

Greenwood, who has over 30 years of experience in asset and property management, will further develop Ringley Group’s asset and property management teams in Cardiff, Manchester and London.

He most recently held the role of asset manager at accountancy firm Thomas St John Group. Prior to that, he worked at HML Group for five years in various roles, including director and head of property management, and spent 13 years at FirstPort.

Greenwood said: “Ringley Group is extremely well known in the UK’s property sector, both in leasehold and having filled gaps in many funds’ asset management teams, so it’s an absolute privilege to join the company to bolster its asset management capabilities.

“With my wealth of knowledge and experience in asset and property management, I will be responsible for looking after the property management division and supporting its growth in the coming years.”

Mary-Anne Bowring, group managing director at Ringley, said: “Clive’s knowledge and expertise will help Ringley Group reach its next level of success and add to the growing strength of our senior leadership team.

“Drawing on over 30 years of experience, Clive will be responsible for asset strategy under non-discretionary mandates and supporting our heads of property management across Cardiff, Manchester and London to drive value for our clients.”
