"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

|
We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

|
Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Best places to eat out in Walthamstow
History of Walthamstow
Most prestigious roads in Walthamstow
Things to do in Walthamstow
Walthamstow Cultural Scene
Until the late 19th century, Walthamstow was a mostly rural area with a small village center (now Walthamstow Village) and a number of large estates. The main road of this district is Kho Street. There were different side roads to cross the city. The road now known as Forest Road was originally called Clay Street. To the south, leave the march -Street called and led to the swamp from the main city. Sharkhel Street - Ancient route, wood -street, east. [8]
With the arrival of the railroad in the late 19th century and subsequent suburbs, Waldoton observed a significant population and speculative building. [9]
Methodist church of the deed of 1893 is located at the corner of the Downtofield Road. At the top of the tower is a lantern with a spiral staircase. The church was built through the generosity of Captain David King of Bullard King & Co, a shipbuilder who also operated the Natal Direct Shipping Line, which sent ships directly from London to Durban without stopping at the Cape.
Cordage Works is a contemporary collection of 28 light and airy 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the vibrant Walthamstow area, located between the Stratford Rust and the peace and quiet of Epping Forest.
The apartments are a 10-minute walk from Blackhorse Road Underground and Overground Station, providing excellent transport links. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space in all homes with a south balcony or terrace and access to the residents ’exclusive communal garden with a children’s play area.
The Chain is a new development in Walthamstow offering 518 brand new studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with affordable shared ownership and help to purchase. Gods Own Junkyard: It’s rare to say that a place in London is ‘like nothing’, but in this case I think it’s fair to say that God’s Own Junkyard is a unique place. Much like the Bladerunner outpost, Neon Explosion is a warehouse full of all sorts of neon signs, vintage signage and all sorts of goodies. From the religious statues that hold the gun to the fake red lights, this must be seen with eyes - our photos do not justify it.
The most ancient symbols in Europe, Jogi thought, Chris Burzi, he began making brands in Soho before the movies and neon signs for films (all the symptoms of Neon New -york in Stanley Kubrik's eyes were widely shot in London). God's Own Junkyard is open to the public on weekends and is one of London's best free attractions (gifts welcome, especially if you like photography). Inside is a cafe (with beer or neon!), And many items are sold.
Walthamstow has one of the best and most comprehensive street art scenes in London. From the central part of Ho Street to the surrounding areas of Wood Street and St James Street, many murals can be seen. Much of the work in the area is the result of local organizations such as Wood Street Walls.
Some of the world’s greatest street artists painted in the Walthamstow area. Invader, Conor Harrington, Cam Scale, ROA and Axel Void created street art. They brought together works by local artist Mark McClure and Nero, ATMs and Ironically, Nero, London ATMs. The variety of art in this field is truly amazing, and you just have to know where to find it.
