"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Tufnell Park - Cultural Scene
Tufnell Park is in north London, in the boroughs of Islington and Camden. It is 4.1 miles from the center of London. Tufnell Park Road is thought by historians to follow the line of a Roman track. For centuries, the road has been an important east-west connection between the roads from Islington and Camden, which converge into a major northern route at Archway and Dartmouth Park.
For centuries, Tufnell Park had many dairy farms, which provided milk to the City of London, and neighbouring north and west areas. In 1753, the area became the property of William Tufnell, who was granted the Manor of Barnsbury, by his father-in-law Sir William Halton. The manor's brick and stone gateposts survive to this day, on either side of Tufnell Park Road, just near the junction with Lady Margaret Road.
Tufnell Park remained rural until well into the 19th century. Many terraced houses were built in the 1850s and 1860s. Two architects were employed throughout the project. Part of the development included the Byzantine style church of St. George: in 1868, this was gifted to the Free Church of England. In 1875, its adjacent Rhenish Tower was built.
In 1907, during the reign of King Edward, (r.1901-1910), Tufnell Park station opened, on the Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead Railway. This originally terminated at Archway, (then called Highgate). The branch of the Northern Line we know today, terminates at High Barnet.
Goldschmidt & Howland have on offer The Seven, Brecknock Road, Tufnell Park, London, N19. The name is given, because there are seven apartments in this stunning development. Three bedroom apartments are, on average, £950,000. These are offered on a share of freehold basis.
The apartments are of contemporary design, set within an extension of this semi-detached period residence, which dates back to the 1860s.
Three bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and one reception. Residents have the benefit of a communal garden and terrace, wood flooring throughout, video entry phone system, and underfloor heating.
The apartments have a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen, with granite worktops, bosh appliances and reception room. Both have direct access out on to the terrace. There is a large principal bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The second double bedroom has bespoke oak wardrobes and double doors, leading out to the full length of the terrace. There is a third double bedroom
Marsh & Parsons have on offer St. Christophers Court, 102 Junction Road, London, N19. This development is a unique church conversion, with lifts serving all floors. The apartments are beautifully designed, and finished to a good design. The average for a two bedroom apartment is £1,500,000.
One example within this development is a penthouse: this boasts a stunning design, with high ceilings and original open beams. The interiors are stylish, and consist of over 2,900 sq.ft. of living space.
This apartment is arranged over the third and fourth floors. The entrance hall is spacious, and this leads to the open plan reception/dining room/kitchen, with high ceilings, and guest bedroom and bathroom. There is a glass staircase, which leads to the second reception room, with good views over the main living area, and a dual aspect master bedroom, with ceiling beams and en-suite bathroom.
The development is situated close to restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets. Both Tufnell Park Underground and Archway Underground are 0.3 miles away. Upper Holloway, Overground, is 0.3 miles away.
Tufnell Park Playing Fields, Campdale Road, London, N19, boasts Islington's only full-size grass pitch. There are cricket nets, tennis courts, a playground and a public open space 2 grass pitches and 2 tarmac courts.
The Junction Tavern Pub, 101 Fortess Road, Tufnell Park, London, NW5, was originally built in 1885. It has a good food menu, with a wide range of starters. Mains include burgers, steak and guiness pie, bangers and mash, fish and chips, and seafood and vegetarian dishes. There are a good selection of puddings, and a cheese board. The pub does roasts on Sundays. The drinks menu includes cocktails, white wine, red wine, rose, dessert and fortified wine, sparkling wine, beer and cider, low / no alcohol drinks, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks.
