"Ringley is one of a kind. Every detail, pictures and videos displayed about their apartments are all 100% accurate. They took care of every single detail of my rented apartment so I could have a wonderful living experience. The lettings advisor that handled my move in process and queries was amazing…. Even when I thought I was becoming unbearable with my demands. Ringley having her in their team is a huge plus."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Kentish Town - Cultural Scene
Kentish Town is situated inner north of London, in the borough of Camden. It is 4 miles from central London. The original name probably derives from Ken-ditch or Caen-ditch, which means "bed of a waterway". It is not related to the English county of Kent. Interestingly, ken is also the Celtic word for both "green" and "river", while ditch refers to the River Fleet, now a subterranean river. Another theory is that the name originates from its position near the Fleet. It has been suggested that Kentish Town, which lies in between two forks of the Fleet, takes its name from cant or cantle, form the Middle English, which means "corner".
In 1207, during the reign of King John, (r. 1199-1216), the name Kentisston was recorded. At this time, the area was a small settlement on the River Fleet. From the 1450s onwards, Kentish Town became a busy hamlet.
In the early 19th century, modernisation replaced the area's rural origins: 18th century buildings and the River Fleet vanished at this time.
Kentish Town was a popular resort. It was a major site for development, as the Kentish Town Road was an important route from London northwards. Karl Marx was a famous resident, who lived at 46 Grafton Terrace, from 1856.
During the reign of Queen Victoria, (r. 1837-1901), the area was poor. However, in 1877, mission work started, to look after impoverished people.
During the 19th century and early 20th century, several piano and organ manufacturers operated at Kentish Town. The Piano Journal, in 1901, described the area as: "…that healthful suburb dear to the heart of the piano maker".
In 1907, during the reign of King Edward, (r. 1901-1910), Kentish Town station opened, on the Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead Railway. The Underground station we know today, is on the Northern Line.
Kentish Town has greatly developed since Victorian times. In 1841, the population was 10,000. In 2018, the population was 15,200.
