Block Management Reviews
"I received a letter from VirginLand, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions to engage with them. Their no-fee model for landowners is exceptional, and the team worked well to understand the unique aspects of my land. They provided insightful planning advice and identified the best development potential for my property. The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend VirginLand for any landowner looking to maximise their land’s value without the hassle of traditional brokerage fees."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.
