Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Canary Wharf is the secondary central business district of London, after the City of London, on the Isle of Dogs. The business dsitrict was developed on the site of the former West India Docks with the business district containing around 16,000,000 square feet of office and retail space.
Previously, from 1802 to the late 1980s, the Isle of Dogs was one of the busiest docks in the world. West India Docks was primarily developed by Robert Milligan who set up the West India Dock Company.
Hampton Tower
The development offers the opportunity to purchase apartments from a range of studios and one & two bedroom apartments. Also, residents will benefit from 2.6 acres of new gardens, public squares and children's playspaces for them to enjoy as well as a range of other amenities such as a 24-hour concierge.
One Park Drive
The development offers a collection of apartments built situated on levels 10 to 32 of a 55-storey tower. The development has been built by Herzog & de Meuron, and the residents in the apartments benefit from an abundance of excellent amenities that include, but are not limited to, a 24-hour Concierge, a Cinema Room, Health Facilities including a Gym with a 20-metre Swimming Pool and a Steam Room.
Canary Wharf is the largest financial district within the UK, with the area adding a gross value of £40 billion to the economy. The tenants in the area include major financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley, J.P Morgan Chase and Credit Suisse.
When people thing of Canary Wharf, they associate the area has a work area for financial professionals and rightly so. But, there are many things to do in the area that make it a great place to live, for instance, you could visit the Crossrail Place Roof Garden, which is a part of the Canary Wharf Crossrail station, a free public indoor oasis where the plants are arranged according to which hemisphere they're from.
Culture plays a big role in Canary Wharf, this is seen by the fact that there are 65 works of art in the area with most of them outside with some inside buildings accessible to the public. Some of these art works are not obvious, for example, there is a gate designed by jeweller Katy Hackney, which has been designed to provide celestial feel or a work by Sinta Tantra which is placed on the side of the bridge conveying the DLR from Canary Wharf to Heron Quays.
