Ringley Chartered Surveyors there seems to be no stopping their success.

Since Ringley put their shop sign up in September 1999, five departments have successfully been launched. The rapid growth of the company has been in response to apparent gaps in the market, and the demands of our customers. We are a dynamic and innovative medium sized firm. Our clients range from High Street banks and financial institutions to national housebuilders and international telecommunication providers. In providing high quality advice to our clients, we get involved in most aspects of property including: acquisition of development land, site appraisals, security and asset valuations, property management and disposals, said the Managing Director.

Ringley currently occupy two floors in Fortess Road, NW5, and have 18 staff. The company is currently renovating an additional floor locally and by June expect to recruit six further staff at all levels. We are looking for people who have a flair for property and enjoy providing excellent customer service. We are an ISO quality assured company and working for the Investor In People award. We are committed to training and personal development, said the Managing Director. Management Department Our property management team are the people who make things happen. Our property management team who boast clients including Berkeley Homes, Weston Homes, Swan Hill Homes need a typist/administrator to get things moving.

There is plenty of customer contact as you will get to know who lives where, and assist in liaising with contractors. Excellent typing skills, a cool level head and ability to listen are the main qualities required. Survey Department Our survey department advises Banks and Financial Institutions such as Nat West Bank Plc, Bank of Ireland, Northern Rock, Nationwide Business Finance and Crown Castle International. Our five surveyors need a born someone likes client contact and wants to get to know the various Bank Managers and their Assistants. The role involves organising diaries, deadlines and making things happen on time. Excellent typing skills and bubbly personality are the main required.

Residential Sales Department Our sales team love people first and property comes naturally to them. We get excited about properties with potential, and it is always fun to see how other people have put their ideas into practise. Every buyer has a different agenda, and matching people to properties is not as easy as you may think. Our sales team are looking for someone who likes people and property. Would you like to assist with viewings and preparing sales details? Commercial Landlord & Tenant It was because around 60% of the customers who walked through our doors looking for property wanted commercial property, that we realised there was a gap in this market. In this rising market, our landlord clients needed help with rent reviews and other professional work. Planning and IT Department Our planning surveyors liaise with land owners and telecommunications operators to do deals, either to buy land or to negotiate leases.

A lot of what we do involves an understanding of planning applications, and liaison with the local authorities.
