Introduction
Ringley Group, the operational real estate company specialising in residential and living management, has launched a Technical Property Management Division, a strategic milestone in its commitment to supporting institutional clients amid an increasingly complex compliance landscape.
Leadership with Deep Technical Expertise
The division will be led by Karl Bradley, who has been with Ringley since 2018 and brings extensive experience in facilities and property management. Over the next year, Karl will oversee the growth of a specialist team, ensuring a dedicated technical officer is assigned to each operational site. This approach is designed to deliver enhanced service, oversight, and operational support to clients.
Responding to Regulatory Challenges
The launch of the new division comes in response to the growing regulatory pressures on real estate owners, particularly under the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Building Safety Act 2022. By integrating facilities management, compliance, fire safety, and Building Safety Act oversight into a single division, Ringley aims to provide clients with a streamlined and cohesive technical service.
A Proactive Approach to Compliance
Ringley’s Technical Property Management Division is structured to help clients navigate the increasing complexity of regulatory requirements, offering the technical expertise needed to maintain compliance and ensure operational resilience across diverse property portfolios.
Supporting Institutional Clients and Long-Term Safety
This expansion builds on Ringley’s reputation for innovation in operational real estate management. The division strengthens client support, reinforces building safety standards, and ensures that every asset under management remains compliant, efficient, and future-ready.
