Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

We empower teams out on site
Site staff are the eyes and ears of the developments we manage, they are fully connected to our customer relationship management systems. The work they do is visible to residents, e.g., day books and end of shift inspections on the Ringley Gateway portal.
We see success as the emotional connection of each resident to where they live, so the task is simple... to empower site teams to make a difference on resident at a time.
We hire and place a range of site staff including: Concierge, Caretakers, Housekeeping, Cleaners, Gardeners, Maintenance Engineers and more…

Block Management Reviews
"The company clearly has undergone some changes in recent months, I have gained some great support from a member of the office to team to help resolve a few areas of frustration. Whilst some issues are difficult to resolve in short times I have definitely had an empathetic and reactive response. I have been at a Ringley property for nearly a year and I value the reactiveness and patience of this team member"

"The Ringley staff at the Prospect Place development in Cardiff Bay work hard to manage such a large estate. My experience of the concierge and cleaning team is fantastic, our block is always looking and smelling great too. We have had to call upon the site team also when we had a leak, the Caretaker in particular is an on-site legend and went the extra mile helping to neatly identify the problem and repair very quickly and professionally and even loaned a dehumidifier to help with drying out the carpets. Keep up the good work.."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

St Johns wood Cultural Scene
St John's Wood, located in northwest London, has a wide and varied history dating back to medieval times. The area is called after the Knights of the Order of St John of Jerusalem, who owned property there in the 12th century. The area was originally included in the vast Middlesex forest and was used for hunting and cultivation. St John's Wood was largely rural for many centuries, with woodland and arable land taking up the majority of the land.
The 19th century was the turning point of St John's Wood because London's rapid expansion led to a lot of development in the region. Estates were being subdivided, and stunning villas and terraced houses were built, attracting rich families and notable individuals, including artists, writers, and musicians. Being near Regent's Park gave people living there access to open spaces and being close to central London. Cultural landmarks such as the iconic Abbey Road Studios—made legendary by its association with The Beatles—and Lord's Cricket Ground, the "Home of Cricket," also boosted the area's reputation even higher. St John's Wood is now one of London's most desired neighborhoods, with historic charm blended with modern luxury, excellent schools, and active community life.
Here is a list of some of St John's Wood's most elite streets, renowned for their sophisticated properties, sought-after location, and seclusion:
St John's Wood Park
A highly sought-after street of large, detached period residences in leafy surroundings, offering privacy and opulence.
Hamilton Terrace
Renowned for its grand Victorian and Edwardian mansions, many of which enjoy stunning views over Regent's Park.
Cunnington Street
With large townhouses and elegant architecture, popular with affluent professionals and families.
Abercorn Place
Suburban and serene, a mix of charming period properties and modern luxury flats.
Queens Grove
Characterized by good-looking detached homes and a mood of peaceful village life.
Maida Avenue
High-end homes with easy walking distance to the amenity of St John's Wood High Street and Regent's Park.
Elm Tree Road
Known for its excellent properties, tree-lined position, and being close to green spaces.
These roads typify the prosperous character of St John's Wood, appealing to buyers who are seeking a mixture of period ambience, grand houses, and proximity to central London's recreational and cultural amenities.
St John's Wood boasts a refined food scene with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and gastropubs to cater to every palate. For classic British cuisine in a fashionable setting, The Ivy Cafe St John's Wood is a popular choice, offering seasonal menus and a chic environment. Trishna is a Michelin-starred eatery offering fine coastal Indian cuisine for a special night out. For Italian flavors, Zizzi serves up dependable and tasty grub, and Sutton and Sons has authentic Italian gelato for a sweet craving.
There are also numerous cafés and casual eateries, such as Café Forty One, a cozy spot for breakfast or brunch, and Peckham Rye, offering excellent coffee and light bites. Pub enthusiasts will appreciate The Grove, which combines a classic warm ambiance with contemporary British fare and craft beers. From upscale dining to casual brunch to a relaxed pub meal, St John's Wood offers something to satisfy every appetite.
St John's Wood is full of things to do for locals and tourists alike. One of the biggest attractions is Regent's Park, just a few minutes' stroll, where you can stroll through pretty gardens, have a boat trip on the lake, or enjoy open-air theatre productions at the Open Air Theatre in the summer months. Sportspeople get the excitement of Lord's Cricket Ground, known as the "Home of Cricket," with tours and exhilarating match days. The area also comprises several fitness studios and yoga facilities, perfect for someone who would like to stay fit.
In addition to outdoor activities, St John's Wood boasts a vibrant shopping area along St John's Wood High Street with boutiques, cafes, and artisan shops. Art lovers can frequent galleries and music venues in the area, including the world-famous Abbey Road Studios and its famous association with The Beatles. The area holds regular local markets and events, which create a vibrant and open environment. With culture, sport, or leisure being your preference, St John's Wood offers a well-rounded way of life with much to discover.
St John's Wood has a discerning but lively cultural life grounded both in its artistic past and modern community feel. One of the cultural highlights is the Ben Uri Gallery & Museum in Boundary Road. Founded in 1915, it commemorates Jewish and émigré artists and contains over 1,300 paintings, resonating with themes of migration, identity, and social change. The museum is frequently addressed by exhibitions, lectures, and online exhibitions, offering deep insights into cultural heritage as perceived through the art. It places emphasis on the point that St John's Wood has always been equated with creativity and the larger world.
Community life also remains a preponderant aspect of the area's rich culture. The St John's Wood Society hosts an annual High Street Festival, featuring live music, dancing, and children's entertainment. The St John's Wood Women's Club encourages increased cultural exploration through art tours, theatre outings, and in-club speaker events. Additionally, the St John's Wood Library offers Saturday morning craft sessions on a weekly basis, open to residents of all ages to enjoy hands-on creativity. Taken together, these facilities and events create a richly cultural and inclusive climate that makes St John's Wood not only a high-end residential neighborhood but an artistic and community center as well.
