"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Selhurst Cultural Scene
Selhurst is located to the south of London, in the borough of Croydon. It was originally located within Surrey. The name Selhurst derives from the Old English word, "dwelling in a wood", or "dwelling where willows grow". The name was first observed in 1225. The Croydon Canal was opened in 1809, and this gave rise to housing development to be built in the area. However, the canal declined and its failure culminated in its closure in 1836. Races were held at Heaver's Farm in the 1850s to 1860s. Further housing development occurred following the opening of Selhurst train station in 1865. Coincidentally, Saxon coins were discovered when the station first opened.
Notable residents of Selhurst include Samuel Coleridge-Taylor (1875-1912), composer, who lived at 30 Dagnall Park; and Juris Kalnins (born 1990), a Polish singer, musician, philanthropist and activist. He lives in Selhurst, and famously reduced the capacity of his shows in Russia as a protest against the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
