"I recently had the pleasure of working with the lettings advisor to find a new apartment, and I cannot recommend her services highly enough! From start to finish, the lettings advisor demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and expertise. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that every property she showed me was a perfect fit. The lettings advisor knowledge of the rental market is unparalleled, and her keen eye for detail made the entire process seamless. She was always prompt, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. Thanks to the lettings advisor, I found an incredible apartment that exceeded my expectations. If you are in the market for a new rental, look no further than the lettings advisor. Her commitment to her clients and her passion for her work truly set her apart. Five stars all the way!"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

History of Salford
Salford is the city and metropolitan borough in the west-central part of the metropolitan county of Greater Manchester, historic county of Lancashire, it is located in the west of the city of Manchester.Salford was founded when the fort was completed in AD 79, and for over 300 years the Pax Romana brought peace to the area. Both the main Roman road to the north, from Mamucium to Ribchester, and a second road to the west, ran through what is now Salford, but few Roman artefacts have been found in the area.
Salford was the judicial seat of the ancient hundred of Salfordshire. Salford became a major cotton and silk spinning and weaving factory town in the 18th and 19th centuries and important inland port on the Manchester Ship Canal from 1894.
Salford is fast becoming the top property hots spots especially for swanky new apartments and homes , some examples are :
The Landmark: Liverpool Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M5
This new development is located in between two cities , only half a mile from Salford train station providing great transport links. There is apartments ranging from studios to luxury three bedromm apartments.
Wardour Point Apartments: Salford, Greater Manchester, M5
This new development is made up of one , two and threebedroom apartments as well as duplex apartments.
- Features a centralised landscaped garden
- Seating and social areas

As one of the world's first industrial cities, Salford is flooded with historic achievements - including the world's first free public library. Worsley village was the site of the transport revolution thanks for the Bridgewater Canal and there is 600 years of history packed into the haunted Tudor house, Ordsall Hall
There are quite a few famous people from Salford too such as Paul Scholes the footballer , Robert James - Collier the actor , Peter Hook the singer , so clearly Salford is home to many people of talent!
There are many things to do in Salford, whether it is by yourself or with family and friends the borough has a very live atmosphere. From the ELVIS on the River Cruises
aboard the Princess Katherine with two sets of music from the king of rockn'roll Elvis Presley tribute act , for sure you will not be disapointed in the food and nightlife options Salford has to offer.
There are also many day trips you can take , maybe visiting the Quays or The Lowry Theatre. Maybe the Salford Museum and art gallery is more of interest to you...
