"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Limehouse - Cultural Scene
Limehouse takes its name from the local lime kilns. These were used by potteries making wares for shipping companies and ships in the East End docks. Some also believe that the name referred to the sailors who disembarked from their ships in this area.
The first reference to the area is believed to date from 1356 when it was known as Les Lymhostes. In the early 1400s the area was also recorded as Lymhosteys. In addition to Limehouse's role in the production of local pottery, the area was also a well-known and important port. Like much of the East End, it is close to the river and traditional Docklands.
In the Middle Ages, Limehouse was indeed a large and important London port. Focused on manufacturing rather than cargo handling, it was known for its shipbuilding, rope making and ship supply business. In the time of Elizabeth I, Limehouse was a prominent commercial center and after her death it is estimated that almost half of Limehouse's 3,000 inhabitants had some connection to the sea.
