Block Management Leytonstone

Leytonstone's No 1 Managing agent

Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.

As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.

Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

Block Management Reviews

"I moved into a Ringley managed property recently and there have been a few small issues, with low heating temperature as the main one. The lettings advisor from Ringley took this issue very seriously and has been so helpful in resolving it in a timely fashion. There was no need to chase her given that she followed up with emails to check for updates. In the end 3 engineers were involved but The lettings advisor made sure the heating was fixed. Given the recent cold weather and my small children this exceptional service was appreciated. Thanks again Georgia!!"

Originally part of the ancient parish of Leyton in Essex, Leytonstone began as a small village surrounded by open fields and forest land, including nearby Epping Forest. In the 19th century, the arrival of the railway transformed Leytonstone into a growing suburb, attracting people looking to escape the crowded centre of London while still staying connected to the city.

In the 20th century, Leytonstone continued to grow, with terraced housing, schools, and public buildings shaping its character. It is famously the birthplace of legendary film director Alfred Hitchcock, a legacy celebrated in murals and mosaics throughout the area. In recent years, Leytonstone has seen significant regeneration, attracting new residents, independent businesses, and cultural events. With excellent transport links via the Central Line and its close proximity to both Epping Forest and Stratford, Leytonstone is now a diverse and thriving part of East London.
