"I just moved in recently, and I wanted to thank the team for their exceptional service! Always quick to respond, helped with any issues we had, and has just been an all around joy to interact with."

"I met up with gardeners tidying up the lawns, mowing and trimming the overgrown lawn and grass. They left it looking so neat and tidy. It is less shabby and clean. I was so appreciative of their work they had done around the grounds. This morning there was rubbish strewn everywhere by foxes and humans too. Enough said but when the services turned up, it was so renewed and refreshing. I thanked them warmly for the effort they made in this heat"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Hammersmith - Cultural Scene
Hammersmith is part of west London, 4.3 miles south-west of Charing Cross. Its name went through several stages, and is thought to derive from "(Place with) a hammer smithy or forge". The first spelling is Hamersmyth in 1294; then Hameresmithe in 1312, Hamyrsmyth in 1535, and Hammersmith in 1675.
In 1745, two Scots, James Lee and Lewis Kennedy, set up the Vineyard Nursery. This was over six acres, and was dedicated to landscaping plants. Since then, many plants were introduced, including fuchshia and rose tree.
In 1868, Hammersmith was the official name of the parish, originally in the county of Middlesex. Industrial developments included the Osram lamp factory at Brook Green, and the J. Lyons food factory. During both World Wars, Waring & Gillow's furniture factory, became the site of aircraft manufacture.
