Block Management enfield town station

enfield town station's No 1 Managing agent

Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.

As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.

Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

Block Management Reviews

"I moved into a Ringley managed property recently and there have been a few small issues, with low heating temperature as the main one. The lettings advisor from Ringley took this issue very seriously and has been so helpful in resolving it in a timely fashion. There was no need to chase her given that she followed up with emails to check for updates. In the end 3 engineers were involved but The lettings advisor made sure the heating was fixed. Given the recent cold weather and my small children this exceptional service was appreciated. Thanks again Georgia!!"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

History of enfield town station

Enfield Town Station, located in the London Borough of Enfield, first opened on 1 March 1849 as the terminus of the Eastern Counties Railway's branch line from Hackney. Originally called Enfield Station, it was built to support suburban expansion and to connect Enfield with central London. The line was extended over time, and services were eventually absorbed into the Great Eastern Railway. The arrival of the railway transformed Enfield from a quiet market town into a popular commuter suburb, encouraging the development of residential housing and local businesses.

Following the 1923 railway grouping, the station became part of the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER), and later British Railways after nationalisation in 1948. In 1885, a second station, Enfield Chase, opened nearby, but Enfield Town remained the area’s primary terminal for services to Liverpool Street. The original station building was rebuilt in 1957 with a modernist design, which still stands today. Since 2015, Enfield Town Station has been operated by London Overground, providing frequent and accessible services. The station continues to serve as a central point in Enfield’s transport network, blending historical significance with modern commuter needs.
