How it Works
Our toolkit starts by automatically generating detailed PDF reports from our inspection app. The easy to use Reporting system gives full oversight so that a property manager may email out reports to clients with a click of a button.
The system then collates faults from individual reports into a Bill of Quantities for our vetted contractors to quote. Using the last 12 months of tender pricing data, we can algorithmically estimate the cost of the works. Once a contractor is chosen, they can upload a completed job report and the whole process can be repeated for the next inspection period. This entire process, from inspection to completed remedial works, is easily tracked through our Remedial Works Dashboard, maintaining all data on record for every time you need an inspection.
