How many landlords receive help from local authorities to tackle the anti-social behaviour of tenants?

Only about 15 percent of landlords receive help from local authorities to tackle anti-social behaviour. This needs to change if The Renters Reform Bill becomes law in 2023 as the government is likely to go ahead and scrap section 21 repossession notices.  The tougher tests a landlord will need to meet to evict a tenant will necessitate having an anti-social behaviour strategy and robust approach that involves the police and local authorities. Police action will be the crucial requirement for getting a repossession of the property after the abolishment of section 21 notices.
