Three cheers for Ringley's customer service stars

Ringley delighted to receive customer service stars

At Ringley, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. So we are proud that one of our Senior Relationship Managers, Karl Bradley, has been named a winner in the Property Hero Awards announced last week. And he’s not the only one. Handover and admin manager Natalie Birmingham also received a Highly Commended.

The awards were set up by insurance broker 1st Sure Flats, which specialises in residential blocks, to pay tribute to property managers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional services to their clients and residents during the pandemic. Karl has certainly done that. He’s worked tirelessly to help his clients and resident directors deal with all the usual property issues as well tackling the many problems thrown up by cladding-no-ews1-needed'>EWS1 forms that continue to make many leaseholder’s lives a misery. During the last year while we’ve all been stuck at home, Karl found some imaginative ways to bring residents together and he even helped man the Ringley helpline over Christmas.

It’s hard work being a block manager – and you don’t always get the thanks you deserve. It is often really rewarding but it’s hard to always be the first port of call for everyone’s property problems, to just take it on the chin and keep smiling.

So it’s really good to see property managers being shown some appreciation in the form of these awards. They couldn’t have come at a better time!
