So if nobody sends us a budget we’ll increase last year’s by 10% until you do so.
Blockcare 300 isn’t a ‘fully managed’ service so you don’t get a Property Manager. Your block continues to be managed by your Directors; we simply take on all the hassle of the accounting and administration associated with running a block efficiently and in line with current leasehold legislation.
