"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Southgate Cultural Scene
Southgate was originally a hamlet, first mentioned in 1370. The gate stood near what is now Southgate tube station, in north London. Perhaps surprisingly, the original layout established in the 14th century, no longer exists. It must have been a small settlement, because there was no medieval church or civil administration. Southgate village originally formed part of Edmonton parish and hundred.
Wealthy Londoners settled in Southgate in the 18th century, replacing woodland with mansions, set in landscaped parkland, surrounded by farms.
A fine group of Georgian houses for the well-to-do, developed around the Green. By the end of the 18th century, the village had occupied most of the High Street. Several landowners had relatively small holdings, each developing their own plots, to their own specification. A pleasant terrace close to the Green was built by Michael Searles, whose work is also admired in Blackheath and Walworth.

New Avenue has a number of open spaces, ideal for children to play or relax. The development has generous parking, with wide spacious streets, and peaceful walkways, to create an ideal environment in which to live.
