"Our property manager is a complete star, she has persisted until she found a solution and gone not just the extra mile on our behalf, but many, many more. We are more grateful than we can say, what she has done will make a great difference to the wellbeing of an individual."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Southall - Cultural Scene
Southall is within the borough of Middlesex, and is situated 10.7 miles from the centre of London. Its name originates from the Anglo-Saxon aet suo healum,"At the south corner (of the land or wood)"and suo heal,"South Corner".
In 1801, only 697 people lived in Southall, and many locals worked on farms. Wheat and barley were grown, and sheep and cows were kept in the fields. However, in the 1790s, the Grand Junction Canal was built, and this helped develop trades. In 1838, the Great Western Railway Company opened a railway line from London, to the west. This route included Southall, where a station was opened in 1839. The railways helped encourage industries, and these were to replace farming as the main source of work in Southall.
One of Southall's largest industries in the era of Queen Victoria (r.1837-1901), was the Otto Monstead margarine factory, officially opened in 1895. Other local industries included a flourmill, gas works and chemical works.
In 1859, Southall became self governing. In 1901, tram services were active in Southall, when the tramline was extended from London through Ealing to Southall. In 1936, Southall became a municipal borough, with a mayor and a charter.
