Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

"Recently moved into the mailbox, Stockport and we’ve been loving it so far. Amazing building, great location and an apartment furnished to a high standard. The advisor helped us settle in pretty well. She and other staff members we’ve met have been really helpful and they responds to our queries in a timely manner."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

History of North Woolwich
Most prestigious roads in North Woolwich
North Woolwich, which is part of the London Borough of Newham, has a medieval past as a small rural settlement along the River Thames. The area was originally part of the parish of Woolwich, and its name may have come from the Old English term "woolen" to signify a "wool farm" or "river bend settlement," describing its location on the river. During most of its early history, North Woolwich was a peaceful, rural part of the area with land and small fishing hamlets. Proximity to the river contributed to much of the area's economy, as it was an important trading point and transportation hub. The advent of industry and development during the 19th century, and also the opening of the Dockyard at the adjacent Woolwich, marked a different era for North Woolwich as it became more industrialized in nature.
The late 19th and early 20th century industrial revolution irreversibly transformed North Woolwich, in particular through the building of the Royal Victoria Dock and the development of dock-based industries. It was a focus for the shipping and dockyard industry, attracting labourers and the development of many working-class communities. The arrival of the Woolwich Ferry in the 1880s also spanned North Woolwich with the southern banks of the Thames, allowing passenger and freight traffic. However, loss of industry post-World War II experienced economic difficulties, and by the end of the 20th century, industry for North Woolwich moved elsewhere. The area initiated the large-scale regeneration in the 1990s and 2000s with the creation of new residential units and the construction of the Docklands Light Railway that linked North Woolwich to central London. Today, North Woolwich is a mixture of residential units and new commercial offices, serving as a district that retains the industrial history and the ongoing process of East London regeneration.
