Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

Block Management Reviews
"One of the nicest apartment blocks in Manchester. Not only that, the community is great to be a part of and the leasing agent, was very friendly and made the process of securing our apartment a walk in the park. Can’t recommend highly enough."

"Our property manager was appointed this year and she's worked hard to bring our complex up to standard as we experienced a number of issues prior to her arrival. She is friendly, professional and really goes the extra mile. It's been a challenging year, and she's dealt with every challenge quickly, effectively and with a smile."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Cultural scenes in New Beckenham
New Beckenham's evolution from a rural area to a suburban community began in the mid-19th century. The arrival of the Mid-Kent Railway in 1857, later extended to New Beckenham in 1864, significantly influenced this transformation. John Cator, a prosperous timber merchant and landowner, purchased the manor of Beckenham in 1773. Recognizing the potential of the railway, he began developing the area into a desirable residential location. Cator's estate featured spacious villas with wide, tree-lined avenues and large gardens, attracting middle-class families seeking a suburban lifestyle with convenient access to London.
Between 1870 and 1880, New Beckenham experienced significant growth, with the construction of new villas on the Cator estate. The development was carefully planned to appeal to the middle class, featuring large houses and extensive gardens. The establishment of New Beckenham railway station in 1866 further facilitated the area's growth by providing easy access to central London. This period also saw the construction of St. Paul's Church in 1863 to serve the growing community. The combination of residential development and improved transportation made New Beckenham an attractive and thriving suburb.
