"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Golders Green - Cultural Scene
Golders Green is situated in north-west London, in the borough of Barnet. It is 6.9 miles from the centre of London. The "Golders" name probably originates from a 14th century family called Godyere, who lived in the area. "Green" refers to the manorial common at a cross roads, next to which the settlement was built.
In the 13th century, the area was first founded as a medieval hamlet in the large parish of Hendon, Middlesex.
In the early 20th century, during the reign of King Edward VII, (r.1901-1910), Golders Green remained a small rural hamlet, with only a few houses. However, in 1907, Golders Green station was opened, on the Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead Railway. This is the Northern Line we know today. The railway development led to a rapid boom in the number of houses, and the population increased greatly.
Golders Green was made the home to Jewish people, and by 1910, there were many Jewish shops and families. By 1915, there were approximately 300 Jewish famillies. After World War I, (1914-1918), a number of synagogues were first built in the area.
During the 1930s, Adolf Hitler's rise to power in Germany was bad news, as one aspect of his Nazi propaganda was antisemitism. Jewish people feared persecution, and fled. An ideal new home for the Jewish community was Golders Green. By 1959, one third of the population here was recorded as Jewish.
In 1911, Golders Green had a population of 4,465, and in 1931, this had grown to 17,837. In 2022, the population was recorded as 19,386.
