Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. It takes joined up thinking to do what we do well as well as sufficient resource to react to whatever is necessary day-to-day.
As a Managing Agent we know our true business is building relationships with people. Our people are empowered and know that they can make a difference to how people feel about where they live. We call our 'Property Manager's 'Relationship Managers’ to embody our values which are to build relationships, add value, and to take the initiative. We lead the market in transparency and focusing on risk, cash, repairs and place making, usually in that order, and was the first Managing Agent to introduce a ' money back guarantee ’.
Being who we are would be impossible without our passionately committed people, whose qualifications we sponsor and who we support professionally to be the best they can be, as achieving a national training award and our Silver IIP status confirms.

We empower teams out on site
Site staff are the eyes and ears of the developments we manage, they are fully connected to our customer relationship management systems. The work they do is visible to residents, e.g., day books and end of shift inspections on the Ringley Gateway portal.
We see success as the emotional connection of each resident to where they live, so the task is simple... to empower site teams to make a difference on resident at a time.
We hire and place a range of site staff including: Concierge, Caretakers, Housekeeping, Cleaners, Gardeners, Maintenance Engineers and more…

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

Things to do in South Croydon
Similar to the modern Croydon, which is a town which gentries into Croydon borough, South Croydon comes around with a lot of history. Back then in the medieval period as well, it used to remain alive, at least in the agricultural sense. The combination of open green lands, remote houses and patches of woof didn’t enable South Croydon to grow, which is why it remained in the bare minimum limits for around 200 - 300 years.
The introduction of railways and electrical trains in the 1800’s provides easy movement to London, which began to accept people for residence. To put an end to furious looking trains, people began to station South Croydon Railway Station in 1865. The construction that it brought later on led to people building old-style homes, schools and their own business, quickly making South Croydon look like a developed town from afar.
Beside South Croydon looks quite peaceful now, encompassing quite a few old monuments like St. Peter's Church, The Swan and Sugarloaf and Shady streets, as well as the construction sites, big shopping centres and new residential complexes.
As of now, South Croydon has a varied population and still retains some residential calm alongside urban bustle. It's an area with strong community spirit, good schools, excellent transport links, green spaces, and local services making it one of the best places to live in South London.

Located in the southern sector of the London Borough of Croydon, South Croydon boasts a distinct history marking it's progress from a quaint village to a suburban hub. It was previously annexed to the ancient parish of Croydon in Surrey which gives South Croydon medieval roots. For hundreds of years, South Croydon was predominantly agricultural, with open fields and woodlands along with a few scattered homes making the backbone of the community.
Due to the expansion of the railway network, South Croydon saw a significant transformation during the 19th century. The improvement of the South Croydon railway station in 1865 provided better access to central London which fueled commuter traffic and consequently, residential development. This shift resulted in the construction of school and local businesses, turning South Croydon into a desirable suburban area.
Alongside the construction of new housing estates, South Croydon saw the introduction of retail centers and other amenities throughout the twentieth century as well. Despite the modernisation, South Croydon still boasts historical landmarks such as St Peter's Church and The Swan and Sugarloaf pub which together with the leafy streets, showcase the heritage of South Croydon.
Now, South Croydon features a balanced mix of urban amenities and residential peace. With strong community bonds, good transport connections, abundant greenery, schools, and local facilities, South Croydon continues to be a prized location in South London.
