"The Management team here in Prospect Place, the estates team are stars! Always engaging, friendly, and helpful (how they manage to remember any of us is a mystery, they're so busy with so many of us, but the always do!). I want to commend them particularly for their care over the repair and painting of my apartment following a flood - wonderful in the first instance, and their follow up (to fix a minor glitch) was brilliant: it was sorted so quickly and well THANK YOU!"

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

History of Edmonton
Most prestigious roads in Edmonton
In the Domesday Book, originally published in 1086, in the reign of William I, Edmonton's original name was 'Adelmetone', which had been a farmstead belonging to a man named Eadhelm. It was, then, one of the smallest of the hundreds of administrative areas of Middlesex. However, it also encompassed Enfield, Tottenham and South Mimms. Woodland was prominent in most of the district, and pig-keeping was the main form of agriculture.
After deforestation, market gardens were established. The road to Ware and Hertford became known as Fore Street, and was strongly focussed on ribbon development.
Currently, originally disused industrial sites have been replaced by warehouses, business centres and superstores. Some new housing has been built in the locality originally known as Marsh Side. In the past 25 years or so, the regeneration of Edmonton Green has been the largest project. However, an even bigger project is under way: the development of Meridian Water.
